Microsoft is already aware of this bug and confirmed that they are working on solving the problem and have published more details about the bug. This issue affects a subset of Type 3 printer drivers and does not affect printer drivers that are Type 4. Apart from that, they have shared a temporary workaround which you can try to fix the issue if you don’t want to uninstall the KB5000802 update.
Fix – APC_INDEX_MISMATCH Blue Screen of Death Printing Issue
Update – Microsoft has released a patch to fix the APC_INDEX_MISMATCH BSOD Error. In case, you’re facing the issue, then head over to Settings > Updates & Security > Windows Update. Here, on the right side check for the latest update, if the patch is available “optional quality update is available”. List of patches available for a different version of Windows10.
